This program is you if you're a leader or aspiring leader that doesn’t feel like you fit the ‘leader’ mold. You are able to drive results but can’t really articulate why … and are often misunderstood. You have a desire to excel at your career and break free of trying to imitate anyone else — to show up confidently as your authentic self to drive impact and take your career to the next level.

But right now, maybe it feels like:

→ You don’t see yourself in other leaders and are second guessing if you can be as successful while still remaining authentic to your values and personality  

→ You’re feeling ‘not good enough’ and are experiencing imposter syndrome and are questioning if you are in the right job

This two month program is designed to help you tap into your unique superpowers to accomplish your goals and dreams! Along the way, you'll have direct access to Katelyn for guidance, feedback, and support if you ever feel stuck or need encouragement!

  • 4x Live Group Coaching Calls designed to be engaging, interactive and educational with a mixture of traditional training, breakout sessions, 'hot seat' coaching mini sessions and live Q&A.

  • Self-Paced Homework every week so that you can integrate learnings and kick start achieving your goal(s)!

  • Supportive Community to connect with others in the program to share what you've learned, learn from others and gain encouragement.

Module 1 : Strengths & Values Discovery

In the first stage, you’ll gain clarity on your unique strengths and how to leverage them:

  •  Discover Your Superpowers:  Using Gallup’s Full 34 StrengthsFinder assessment, we’ll dive deep into your top talents. You’ll uncover what comes most naturally to you and learn how to refine these strengths for maximum leadership impact. 

  • Develop Your Superpowers: I’ll guide you through exercises and provide resources to help you invest in your strengths, shifting from average to excellent to enhance your career well-being and effectiveness as a leader.

  • Define Your Why:  Gain clarity on what excites you and what truly matters, creating a foundation for meaningful work and fulfillment both professionally and personally.

Module 2: Leadership Development

Once you understand your strengths, we’ll refine your leadership skills and mindsets:

  • Build and Maintain Trust: Leadership without trust is ineffective. We’ll cover tactical ways to build and sustain trust, ensuring you and your team operate at their highest potential. 

  • Effective Communication and Feedback:  Learn why clarity is kindness. Master the skills of communicating effectively with any audience and giving/receiving feedback in ways that accelerate both your development and your team’s growth.

  • Authentic Leadership Mindsets: How you show up daily, in good times and bad, defines your leadership. We’ll explore different mindsets that help you lead with confidence, resilience, and authenticity.

Module 3: Leadership Mastery

In this final phase, we focus on long-term growth and sustainable leadership impact:

  • Sustained Performance: Create a wellness vision and action plan to ensure you’re protecting your energy and wellbeing to be at your best.

  • Power of Partnership & Delegation: The best leaders don’t work alone. We’ll explore how to leverage partnerships, delegate effectively, and ensure you’re focusing on the highest-value tasks. 

  • Authentic Leadership: Put pen to paper and declare your leadership identity. You’ll craft your personal leadership statement: “I am a leader that ___________,” giving you a clear vision to guide your journey.
